The Milwaukee Comedy Festival accepts submissions for comedy of all types including improv, sketch comedy, stand up, one-person shows, alternative comedy acts and musical comedy. The 18th Milwaukee Comedy Festival will be October 1 – 6th, 2024. Submissions are accepted February 26 – May 5, 2024.

Submissions open:
Early Bird: February 26-29 ($10)
General: March 1 – April 30 ($25)
Late Submissions: May 1-5 ($40)
NO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.

We review each and every submission we receive. Selections are made by a local panel of judges including the producers and staff of the festival and select area comedy professionals. Applications are judged on quality, originality, professionalism, audience reaction and above all, funniness.
