Submissions open Early Bird - February 26-29 ($10) General - March 1 - April 30 ($25) Late - May 1-5 ($40). NO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE. Step 1: Fill out the performer application below to the best of your ability. Step 2: After your review of the application, you will be re-directed to PayPal website to pay the application fee.
