Milwaukee Comedy Fest Announces Line Up!
Week-long comedy event announces performers for 2018
MILWAUKEE, WIS. – The Milwaukee Comedy Festival, Wisconsin’s largest multi-day comedy event, will take place August 1-5, 2018 and feature live stand up, improv and sketch comedy at multiple venues. Celebrating thirteen years of laughs, performers from across the country will be featured in thirteen different shows and special events including professional stand up, improvisation and sketch comedy. The Festival will take place at multiple venues including The Underground Collaborative, Lakefront Brewery, Turner Hall Ballroom and others, offering a variety of comedy acts.
2018 Special Events include The Daily Show Co-Creator Liz Winstead with comedy/activism show Lady Parts Justice League’s Vagical Mystery Tour on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018. The show will feature comics Aida Rodriguez (2 specials streaming on HBO and Showtime), Gina Yashere (Netflix, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah) and Wisconsin native Jackie Kashian (2 Dope Queens). The closing-night show and ceremony Best of the Fest on Sunday, Aug 5 will celebrate comedy audience favorites from the week of laughs along with special guests and a secret special guest.
Several local events will “unofficially” start off the Milwaukee Comedy Festival, most notably a comedy Roast of Milwaukee dubbed the “Unofficial Pre-Kick Off” to the comedy festival will start the week of celebration on Monday, July 30 at Club Garibaldi’s.
Single Show tickets are $16 presale and $20 day of show. Tickets are available in advance online via http://mkecomedyfest.com or at the venue box office 30 minutes prior to show time at the door. A limited number of All Access Passes are available for $60 and include one admission to all shows in the 2018 Milwaukee Comedy Festival.

Ticket Information
Single Show tickets are $16 presale and $20 day of show. Tickets are available in advance, online via http://mkecomedyfest.com or at the venue box office 30 minutes prior to show time at the door. A limited number of All-Access Passes are available for $60 and include one admission to all shows in the 2018 Milwaukee Comedy Festival including kick off and special events, first-choice seating, a limited-edition lanyard, and a button or sticker. A limited number of All Access Passes are available on the Milwaukee comedy festival website.
Seating is General Admission for all shows. Each show requires a separate ticket or a Festival All-Access Pass to enter.

About the Festival
The Milwaukee Comedy Festival was founded in 2006 as the Sketch and Improv Comedy Festival to support and grow the comedy scene in Milwaukee. The Festival quickly grew into Wisconsin’s premier annual comedy event. MCF aspires to cultivate an active comedy community where performers can hone their craft, create new and exciting comedy, and foster an inviting environment for both audiences and fellow performers. Over the years, more than 18,000 people have laughed with the Milwaukee Comedy Festival. Audiences have traveled from all parts of Wisconsin to attend the fest and for the state’s biggest comedy event of the year.
Since 2006 the festival has featured thousands of performers from across the country including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Philadelphia, Denver and Austin as well as Canada including Toronto, Alberta and Vancouver. Our alumni have appeared in movies and television including Comedy Central, HBO, Saturday Night Live, MAD TV, Netflix, BET, Conan, Late Nite and many more.
