2018 Festival Show Line Up
The Milwaukee Comedy Festival, Wisconsin’s largest comedy event Aug. 1-5, 2018 will feature 40 national and regional comedy acts including stand up, improvisation and sketch comedy live on stage. The annual MCF is celebrating Thirteen Cluckin’ Years and will present thirteen different shows plus special events and at multiple venues in Milwaukee, WI including Lakefront Brewery, The Underground Collaborative, Turner Hall and more.

Comedy Roast of Milwaukee
The Roast of Milwaukee has been dubbed the “Unofficial Pre-Kick Off” to the comedy festival will start the week of celebration at Club Garibaldi’s with some light – and heavy hits at the city we call home. Presented by Milwaukee Record.

This official “Pre-Kick Off” show features Milwaukee comics Raegan Niemela (Host), Rich D’Amore, Chris Schmidt, Ton Johnson and headliner John Egan from Green Bay.

Keg Stand Up Official Kick Off Event

This show has quickly become a staple in officially starting off the festivities in the annual MCF, so much that it’s now a monthly show at Lakefront Brewery for more than 2 years! Join us for some laughs and delicious Lakefront beer at this stand up showcase featuring comics from across the country! Host Jake Snell (Madison), John McCombs, Chicago, Amanda Averell, Pittsburgh and headliner Pranav Behari, New York City.

This Special Event is one not to be missed! It’s featuring The Daily Show Co-Creator Liz Winstead with comedy/activism show Lady Parts Justice League’s Vagical Mystery Tour. The show will feature comics Aida Rodriguez (2 specials streaming on HBO and Showtime), Gina Yashere (Netflix, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah) and Wisconsin native but now LA comic Jackie Kashian (2 Dope Queens).

So if you enjoyed his other one man shows, or you just are at a place in your life where you are lost and you need intelligent laughs, come see his new show. One In Every Crowd. Milwaukee Comedy Festival presents Colin Quinn, “One In Every Crowd” on Friday, August 3, 8pm at Turner Hall Ballroom.

This late night show will feature stand up and sketch comedy from Chicago and Los Angeles. The night will feature stand up from Jeena Bloom (Host), Los Angeles, Sharup Karim, Chicago, Mike Hover, Chicago and sketch comedy from Buzz Off Lucille, Los Angeles.

The first of 5 shows on Saturday starts things off with some real talent! Derek Minto will host, Pittsburgh, with improv from Personal Space, Milwaukee, and more stand up from Megan Hosack, Chicago, and Milwaukee favorite AJ Grill will headline.
5pm at The Underground Collaborative
Some great examples of the thriving Chicago and Milwaukee comedy scenes make up this event! Milwaukee based funny people Elijah Holbrook will host and
Goodlanders Improv, along with Chicago comic Ashley Ray and Sketch comedy from Neil Arsenty.
7:30pm at The Underground Collaborative
An excellent line up of stand up and sketch comedy with host Dana Ehrmann from Milwaukee, sketch comedy from The Comic Thread and stand up from Sherman Edwards, Chicago, and headliner Nicholas Anthony, Los Angeles.

This Mid-West showcase of talent will feature Brittany Tilander (Host) from Madison, U Name It Improv, Chicago, and stand up from Carly Malison, Milwaukee and Andrew Frank, St. Louis.
Midnight at The Underground Collaborative
The Late Night stand up showcase is not for the easily offended, with host Drew Flagge, Milwaukee, Levi Manis, Seattle, Trevor Gertonson, Chicago and headliner Matty Field, Milwaukee.
Sunday, August 5

Don’t let the time-slot fool you, this show features some great laughs from Illinois and Wisconsin with host Jared Wing, Milwaukee, improv from Chicago’s Commitment Issues, and stand up from Adam McShane, Madison and Audrey Jonas, Chicago.

An exciting line-up of talent hits the stage with Kristin Lytie hosting, Green Bay and Chicago comedy from Mary Zee, Vik Pandya, and headliner Marz Timms.
