Milwaukee Comedy Festival Announces Line Up!
10 Years of Funny celebrates best lineup to date.

 

MILWAUKEE, WIS.  – The Milwaukee Comedy Festival, Wisconsin’s largest comedy event, celebrates Ten Years of Funny Aug. 6-9, 2015. The annual festival will feature performers from across the U.S. And Canada and will take place at Next Act Theatre and for the first time at the Historic Turner Hall. This year’s final night will feature Brian Posehn (The Comedians of Comedy and Fantastic Four) as the festival headliner on Sunday August 9. “We have for the audience the best festival line up in our decade long history!” Said Matt Kemple, festival founder and producer “We’ve found the best and can’t wait for Milwaukee to see what we have in store for them this time around.” Seven different shows will offer a variety of comedy acts including professional stand up, improvisation and sketch comedy. Single Show Tickets are available for $14 via http://festival.milwaukeecomedy.com and at the Next Act Theatre Box Office, or $18 day of show.

All access passes are available for $50 and include access to all shows in the 2015 Milwaukee comedy festival including kick off and special events, first-choice seating, a limited edition lanyard, and a button or sticker. A limited number of all access passes are available on the Milwaukee comedy festival website.

An official Kick Off Event, at Lakefront Brewery will offer an additional day of laughs on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, and feature some of Milwaukee’s top comedic talent.

The Milwaukee Comedy Festival was founded in 2005 and this year celebrates Ten Years of Funny with some of the best comedians from all over the world!

The Milwaukee Comedy Festival is celebrating “Ten Years of Funny!” August 6th – 9th, 2015! Every show is different and features a variety of live comedy including stand up, improv and sketch comedy. There are seven different shows featuring dozens of the best professional comedy acts from across the continent with the final night’s show featuring Brian Posehn at the Historic Turner Hall.

 

Ticket Information

Tickets are available online for $14 or $18 at the door day of show. Online tickets are available through http://festival.milwaukeecomedy.com (via Brown Paper Tickets) as well as at the Next Act Theatre box office located at 255 S. Water St., Milwaukee, WI 53204 or via the Next Act Box Office phone, 414-278-0765.

 

An All Access Pass is good for one admission to all 2015 Milwaukee comedy events and is available online at http://festival.milwaukeecomedy.com for $50 and includes first-choice seating, a limited edition lanyard, and a button or sticker
Seating is General Admission for all shows. Each show requires a separate ticket or a Festival All Access Pass to enter.

 

Parking Information

Free parking is available via the adjacent parking lot to the Next Act Theatre, along with ample street parking. There is paid street parking around the Historic Turner Hall.

The Milwaukee Comedy Festival was founded in 2005 as the Sketch and Improv Comedy Festival to support and grow the comedy scene in Milwaukee.  The Festival quickly grew into Wisconsin’s premier annual comedy event.
