Live strait from Hollywood the cast of the upcoming film THIS IS MEG will be featured on stage for one night only! Join us Saturday, August 5th at Shank Hall for three of the funniest acts at the 2017 MCF! Jill-Michele Melean (MadTV, Reno 911, This Is Meg), Debra Wilson (MadTV, Avatar, This Is Meg),and Lahna Turner (Comedy Central, TruTV, NBC, This Is Meg) will appear for one night only in this very special live stage event! Tickets for this show are $20 or entry with a 2017 All Access Pass. This show is 21+. No one under 21 will be admitted to this event.

About the Performers
Jill-Michele Meleán, “Jilly” was born and raised in Miami, Florida (aka Cuba).
She was the first and only Latina Cast member FOX’s MADtv, recurred on Comedy Central’s RENO 911 and she’s a national touring stand up comedienne. Her roots are dramatic acting but she quickly learned her gift of comedy timing. AKA “Jilly”, wrote, produced & starred in the indie film “This is Meg” based on her true life events www.thisismeg.com
She declared at a young age that she wanted to be like Bette Davis, Joan Crawford and Benny Hill. Jilly started in Theatre and toured with The Coconut Grove Playhouse (which is the Broadway of Miami). In 2000, she moved Los Angeles and needed to be on stage. She took her natural comedic timing to the Standup Stage, headlining across the country while continuing her Acting career. After many years of hard work, she’s made a name for herself in the Comedy Television world with memorable performances on FOX’s “MadTV” and Comedy Central’s “Reno 911”. However, her first love is her dramatic acting career. As she continues her theatrical Film and Television career, she’ll never stop making people laugh.
Debra Wilson was born in Queens, New York, and knew she wanted to act, at the age of 5.
Her acting debut came while she was still working for City of New York Parks & Recreation, in a play called, “Passin’ “, with the African Women’s Ensemble Theater Company. Improv quickly followed with the New York City comedy troupes, “New Yawk Tawk”, and “Significant Others”. Her first film credit is the indie “Cracking Up”, written and directed by Matt Mitler. Her television debut was the New York sketch/improv comedy series, “Uptown Comedy Club”. Since then, credits for film, TV and voice over include, scores of independent and features films, lots of commercials, tons of video games; both voice and motion capture, lots of TV guest starring roles, and animated shows, including “All Hail King Julien,” currently streaming on Netflix. But Wilson is best known for her 8 seasons on the Fox late night sketch comedy series, “MADtv.” Wilson is single and currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
Lahna Turner is one of the hottest comedians working the comedy circuit. With her hilarious songs and sharp wit Lahna holds nothing back as she shares insights and observations from her life as an ex-wife, mother, and the uncensored inner voice of millions of women. Her one hour special titled “so…. I Wrote A Song About It” is available on Hulu.She has appeared on NBC, Comedy Central, Animal Planet, Netflix, VH1, CMT, And truTV. She made her big screen debut in the award-winning indie film “Teacher Of The Year”. Lahna has performed in top comedy venues and theaters nationwide and abroad including many tours for the USO.Her two comedy albums “If These Lips Could Talk” and “D!@k Jokes And Other Assorted Love Songs” have received airplay at top radio stations across the country as well as National Lampoon’s Top 40 Comedy Countdown and are currently in rotation on SiriusXM Satellite Radio.
